By booking with Educators' Black Book, I understand that I am responsible for visiting the main website details regarding pricing.

I understand that payments are due upon receipt, and I will receive an email confirmation within 24-48 hours outlining our contract and next steps.

I understand that this email requires my response that verifies and confirms my understanding of our terms, conditions, policies, and procedures.

I understand that by NOT responding to an email confirmation(s) within 24-48 hours will result in the automatic loss of scheduled time slots and payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

I understand that more than (2) unexcused absences for in-person and virtual tutoring sessions will result in cancelled sessions and payment(s) are non-refundable. I understand that I will no longer be able to book our services.

Educators' Black Book adheres to the CDC COVID-19 guidelines. I understand that I will wear a mask at all times and practice social distancing. We are not responsible for any participants that may be exposed to COVID-19 as a result of attending in-person tutoring sessions.
